Terms and Conditions
• Prices are not redeemable for cash
• The entire process of the wedding, the planning, the fitting, the discussions, ceremony, and reception will be filmed.
• Participants must agree to allow their wedding to be published and used by sponsors and or partners in their portfolios.
• The couple will be expected to attend events and filming after the wedding. These include Red Carpet events whereby they will be brand ambassadors for Droom Troue.
• The couple agrees to meet from time to time to consult with the professional team over the editorial consent and artistic directing of the wedding.
• The couple agrees that all photos and all videos taken of them may be used towards the show.
• Securing updates with sponsors and or partners is subject to their availability and a suitable date will need to be co-ordinated by the producer and winning couple.
• The couple may need to be flexible with time to schedule filming and shooting.
• Clothing provided by our partners must be returned within one week after the wedding unless other arrangements have been made.
• The photos and videos will be available after the wedding has aired.
• The couple is allowed to take behind the scenes pictures that will not give away much detail.
• The couple may not make any statements relating to the project the wedding without the prior consent from Droom Troue and Be Your Dream.
• The prizes towards the couple do not include deliveries, winners need to visit individual sponsors and or partners to claim their prizes if it is not in possession of drew and throw at that time
• Droom Troue will not be held responsible for sponsors and or partners that do not fulfil their commitment towards the wedding, shall be entitled to re-schedule without liability any part of the filming where unforeseen adverse weather conditions could impact out of the filming schedule health and safety. However, if a partner is unable to deliver product/service Be Your Dream will replace them.
• Droom Troue and Dream Weddings shall have all control to produce, direct and edit the project according to the approved content.
• The couples are entitled to a maximum of 120 guests that may be invited to celebrate this very special day, and a minimum of 80, (including crew/vendors/suppliers that may attend the wedding)
• The couple is obligated to a R500 per person contribution. This contribution is also seen as the couple’s commitment fee, not only to the wedding, but the production of their wedding.
